I've been a little hyped since my win last Sunday. Totally unexpected, and not an easy feat, but I managed to take out the Women's 40 - 49 Victorian Cross Country State Championship. Dora Bettridge (3rd) and Wendy Snowball (2nd) made me work hard for it, but it was worth it. My new stealth Cannondale Scalpel proved itself totally suited to the course.

Well done Juzzy! You're obviously keeping very fit. What was the cannondale bike you rode to win? I see a 2017 model further down in another post. Are you on strava? there are a number of "Juzzy"s
Hey Paul! Lovely to hear from you. I'm only just getting back into fit and racing - had a bit of a bad time last year but I'm out of the hole and feeling good. I was racing my new 2017 Scalpel-Si 29'er. I was skeptical of a 29'er, given I LOVE my technical stuff and didn't want to lose ability to tackle tight stuff, but it has surpassed my expectations and I'm loving it. I haven't lost anything by the change, only gained. Not on Strava, but if you're on Garmin you can find me - Juzzymtb. Hope both you and your family are doing well. Are you still getting a go on the bike amongst busy life?
